Please click the Hindlethwaite Hall dropped pin on the map to plan your route to the house – you can also put “Hindlethwaite Hall” directly into google maps to find the house. Note that the postcode (DL8 4TS) using SatNav will take you to Horsehouse and not Hindlethwaite Hall. If approaching from Middleham/Carlton, the gate for the track that leads to Hindlethwaite is about 200 metres before Horsehouse on the left (and there is a sign). If you get to Horsehouse you need to backtrack.
If coming from Kettlewell, you need to pass through Horsehouse and the sign is on the right.
Also note that approaching from the SW (Kettlewell) can be difficult because of snow in many of the winter months.
